SBSM Membership Information
This monthly membership is NOT open to the general public. One must be a member of one of Irene's paid online programs.*
The intention for doing this is to create a strong practice container with like minded people who are already practicing Irene's neurosensory lessons and have access to her more in-depth education (via her training videos and the 'biology of stress' video series). We believe this boundary will make this space powerful for deeper learning and capacity building.
*Programs include: Legacy SBSM curriculum, 21 Day Nervous System Tune-Up, SBSM Foundations, SBSM Level 1, SBSM Level 2.

Live calls will take place on Thursdays at either 10:30 AM or 3 PM Pacific Time.
All live calls are recorded and available to you to review in your own time. We provide video, audio, and transcription of each.
Team Lyon's professionals have completed the Somatic Experiencing Training, most are Feldenkrais practitioners, plus have added training and experience working with early and developmental trauma. Everyone maintains private practices. They've all supported the live online sessions of SBSM and have led curated Q&A calls in the past, and have either assisted Irene over the years and/or attended her live workshops
